My written diaries covering the years 1953-1964. Continuation of I Had Nowhere to Go which covered years 1944-1953. This volume covers a lot of my film activities of the period: the creation of Film Culture magazine, Film-Makers' Cooperative, New American Cinema Group, travelling film expositions in Europe, life in New York etc. etc. It will contain many rare photographs and documents from the period.
